Wheat Harvest 2011

Grandma Wienck called yesterday morning and told us they were harvesting wheat.  After gymnastics and lunch we headed to the farm so the two little munchkins could take their turn riding in the combine.  We got there just in time before they began cutting.

Off they go again!

Isaac's T-Ball Season

Isaac decided to try his had at T-ball this summer. I think this might be his sport. He can still play in the dirt while waiting in the outfield for a ball to eventually come his way.

Summer Fun at the Creek

Isaac and Isabella have made a new discovery at the farm . . . the creek!  They have a blast throwing rocks, building dams, and just splashing around.  However, we need to find a different location in the creek to go to.  I think this was the last time we can walk through the corn field.  It is a little difficult to find where you are going when the corn is over my head.

I told Isaac and Bella that Aunt Wanda and I would take our baby dolls and their little bath tubs and float them down the creek as kids.  The two of us would spend hours down there as little girls!

First Splash of Summer

I am a little behind on my posts, these photos are back from a very warm day in May.  The little ones wanted to get out the water slide, but they finally settled on a five gallon bucket of water and their water blasters. Yes, we had to fill up the bucket many times. The neighbor boy, Zach, came in and joined in on the fun, too.  He just peeled off his shoes and shirt and started splashing.   His sister, Addison, was a little late. She finally came out when we were cleaning up to go eat dinner.
Run Isaac!

Isabella, your aim is a little off!
I got you Isaac!

Don't get me Isaac!

Our Preschool Graduate

Where did the last five years go?  Our little boy graduated from preschool and is now ready for kindergarten.  The question is kindergarten ready for Isaac?
